China's elderly population is soon to exceed 300 million, entering an aging society. Due to various factors, the proportion of widowed elderly women is significantly higher than that of men. This group is often marginalized by society, and their living conditions and inner worlds rarely receive public attention and understanding. This project aims to deeply explore and showcase the living conditions, psychological states, and inner needs of widowed elderly women from both artistic and sociological perspectives, breaking the silence and neglect surrounding this group. Through installations and creative books, we seek to increase awareness and understanding of their living situations, inspire societal concern and care for widowed elderly women, and help them regain the colors of life and shine in their later years.
